Coach Laura is currently accepting a limited number of 1-1 private training clients from ages 10 – adult. With 18 years of coaching experience from ages 5 through seniors, certifications from the NCCP in Conditioning, Resistance Training, and Physical Literacy Instruction, while also bringing the natural love of sport found in a former university volleyball player (Waterloo Warriors award 2002) and track and field athlete(Outstanding Graduating Senior and MVP 2006), her drive is to understand the goals of each and every athlete she works with the help them succeed. $60 per hour

This program contains monthly training plans with weekly 30 minute check-ins and reviews of progress. Any issues will be addressed and the program can be modified. This plan can be moved to after a minimum of 5 1-1 sessions with Coach Laura or mutual agreement at the initial assessment.. Enrollment in this program also entitles the athlete to classes at LifeFit Athletics. $60 per month
Women’s Semi-Private Training
This program allows for a weekly strength and conditioning session during the Tuesday, Thursday or Friday morning time slot, which takes place at the Stingers Indoor Track. Please enter through the doors at the front of the plaza for this class. It also enables the athlete to attend any of the teen/adult classes at the LifeFit studio. $80 per month. AfterSchool Small Group Strength and Conditioning
Learn and practice proper strength training techniques in the complete facility at the Stingers Indoor Track. Offered three days a week to fit all schedules, athletes can partake in one or all of the sessions under the experienced guidance of Coach Laura. This course is for ages 10+ and is offered Monday’s, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3-4:30pm. $48/mth 1 session weekly, $80/mth 2 sessions weekly or $100/mth 3 sessions. Running Plan Development
After a consult by phone, video conference or in person a 12 week running plan is developed based on your particular goals and current fitness levels. This option does not include the ongoing coaching of our monthly running plans. $100 one time cost
