LifeFit Philosophy
LifeFit Athletics is passionate about “sport for life”. Just as the foundation for school success is an introduction to literacy and numeracy, the foundation for a lifetime of good health is “Physical Literacy”. A competency in a wide variety of physical activities benefits the development of the whole child. Physical activity in children contributes to better brain development! Physical activity and learning go hand-in-hand!
