LifeFit Summer FUN Camps!
Summer should be a time of play, exploring and being outside. Letting kids, be, well, KIDS! Play is the basis of development of a lifelong enjoyment of physical activities. Let your children enjoy a summer of outdoor activities, based from the gymnasium at Brockville Collegiate Institute and adjacent Victoria Pack, with the parks, paths, and green spaces of Brockville to explore. In addition to daily activities planned at “home base” in the weekly theme, there will be walking excursions to the splash pad, the river, geocaching through the Brock Trail and so many more cool activities!
Our counselors have First Aid, CPR and swimming/water activities are supervised by a certified National Lifesaving Society Lifeguard with years of experience at the Brockville YMCA. Many of them are certified coaches in various sports and volunteers with youth organizations around the city and area. They just love working with kids and having fun!

We believe that the quality of the experience is of the upmost importance. For that reason, all of our staff is fully trained and qualified in their roles. They are certified in first aid, as life guards and in various sports by the National Lifesaving Society and the National Coaching Certification Program of Canada. We use a maximum ratio of 1:8 to ensure that every child receives the attention that they deserve. Our business is fully licensed, permitted and insured and follows the guidelines of SafeKids Canada. The staff is all police screened and we do not utilize high school volunteers. But most of all, we are about introducing youth to physical literacy; “Physical literacy is the motivation, confidence and physical competence that will result in engagement in physical activities for life.” , so that they can enjoy the benefits of being active in whatever sports they chose to do.
Come experience a high quality, fun and active physical literacy camp like no other!
